Eric Dionne, Partner, 1987 Call to the Bar Eric Dionne practices in the following areas: Corporate/Commercial law, comprised of the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholders agreements, financing matters, securities law issues, commercial agreements, construction law agreements, and most legal issues affecting day-to-day business activity, Real Estate law, including syndicated and residential real estate, with a primary focus on industrial, commercial and investment real estate and Trade-mark Law. Eric attended the University of Windsor and received his B. Comm. in 1981 and M.B.A. in 1986. Eric continued his education at the University of Ottawa and graduated with his LL.B. in 1985.
