Satwinder Gosal, Partner, 1990 Call to the Bar

Satwinder Gosal specializes in the following areas: Corporate/Commercial Law comprised of the sales and acquisitions of businesses, corporate restructuring and refinancing, franchising, shareholders’ agreement and all issues pertaining to daily corporate management. Real Estate and Development Law, including all aspects of real property transactions, bank refinancing, land development and condominium property management, commercial and residential purchases and sales, commercial leasing and power of sale transaction; and Construction Law, consisting of the preparation of construction contracts and construction lien matters.

Satwinder graduated from St. Andrew’s College and Queen’s University, where he was a member of the Senate. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1988 and subsequently articled at a Toronto firm specializing in Condominium law.

Satwinder is a contributing writer to a text book on Condominium Law and has published several articles on human rights issues. He is also active in provincial and federal politics and holds several directorships on boards of non-profit organizations in the Peel Region.
