Eric Dionne practices in the following areas: Corporate/Commercial law, comprised of the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholders agreements, financing matters, licensing agreements, commercial agreements and most legal issues affecting day-to-day business activity; and Real Estate law, including syndicated and residential real estate, with a primary focus on industrial, commercial and investment real estate and commercial/industrial leasing.
Eric attended the University of Windsor and received his B. Comm. in 1981 and M.B.A. in 1986. Eric continued his education at the University of Ottawa and graduated with his LL.B. in 1985.
Eric’s memberships include: The Law Society of Upper Canada; Association des Juristes D’Expression Française de l’Ontario.
