John Zuber practices mainly out of our Kingston office which he manages.
John’s areas of expertise include the following: Insurance Litigation, Estate Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Directors and Officers Liability and Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
John received both his B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Windsor.
John is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Ontario Trial Lawyer Association. He is the co-author of the text Canadian Law, 5th Ed., contributing writer of McGraw Hill, and special lecturer for the 33rd Bar Admission Course for the Law Society of Upper Canada. John teaches part-time at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law.
John has appeared as Counsel extensively before the Superior Court of Justice and on numerous occasions before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Tax Court of Canada. As well, John has appeared before many Administrative Tribunals, including the Ontario Insurance Commission.
