Drawing on his considerable experience working in commercial litigation, Bicky has the foresight to draft agreements that his clients can rely upon in their favour if litigation ensues. He has appeared before various levels of court and various administrative tribunals, and has taken part in many successful mediations.

Bicky has a corporate and commercial law practice with an emphasis on commercial leasing, shareholder agreements and corporate governance. His practice expands to corporate and residential real estate matters, including agreements of purchase and sale, refinancing and private mortgages for individuals and corporations.
Clients benefit in working with Bicky as he has valued experienced in approaching matters with cost effectiveness and an ability to evaluate different approaches to benefit each client. Bicky serves as a trusted advisor and general corporate counsel to various companies, with a focus on the transportation industry.
